- We accept Visa, MasterCard, American
Express and Discover credit cards, personal checks from the United
States only, postal and general money orders in US dollars, and bank
checks in U.S. funds drawn on U.S. banks, cash. We accept Paypal from
USA and international customers. (NOTE: Paypal payments from
international customers require shipping using registered airmail--if
you want to remove $10 from the shipping
cost for airmail only, you must pay us directly with a credit card,
not through paypal, and request insurance

- Your credit card will be charged when
your order is shipped, not when you place the order. If we are
sold out of a pin you are not charged for it, or if you pay by paypal,
the credit is sent back to your paypal account.
- If paying by check, money
order or cash, U.S. customer's orders will be held
for 5 days and international customer's orders will be held for
10 days awaiting receipt of payment, unless you make other
arrangements.
- You
can expect your purchase to be shipped within 4-7 days from receipt
of order and/or payment. If you need faster shipping, please
contact us for options at a higher shipping price (priority or
express--price is dependent upon weight).
- When ready to checkout, you can 1)
"create a new account" (for customers who continually order and don't
want to retype their name, address and credit card each time);
you will initially create a password to use each time you order; OR 2)
"place order
without account" (each time you will type in pertinent information).
- We guarantee that all pins are
inspected for quality and are carefully packaged. Should you receive
a flawed or damaged pin, please call or e-mail us:

instructions or a refund, if item is sold out. Due to
the limited availability of many collectible pins, and the general
nature of the pin trading hobby, all sales are final.
- Sales tax of 8.25% is added to Texas
addresses only.
- Shipping and insurance costs within the
United States are: 1-15 pins is $2.50; 16-29 pins is $3.95; 30+ pins or
1 pin collectors bag is $4.95.
PRIORITY BULK SHIPPING with no limit on the number of pins purchased or 2
pins bags is: $9.00. Shipping to Canada or Mexico has two options: with or without
insurance: 1-15 pins or one 3 pin set without insurance is $4.00;
16-30 pins or 1 large 5-7 pin set without insurance is $6.95; 1-30
pins WITH insurance is $15.00. PLEASE
NOTE: PAYPAL PAYMENTS ONLY REQUIRE INSURANCE TO INTERNATIONAL
ADDRESSES; USE A CREDIT CARD OR MONEY ORDER IF YOU DO NOT WANT
INSURANCE.
- For international addresses other than
Canada or Mexico, we use registered mail with return receipt (most
secure method) via the U.S. Post
Office. 1-20 pins with insurance is $16; 21-35
pins with insurance is $19; 36-50 pins with insurance is $23. 51+
pins: shipping will be invoiced depending on weight and shipping
location.
If you are NOT using paypal and you would like to accept no insurance
(pins not replaced if lost or damaged), you can e-mail us at
pinfriend@comcast.net to
remove the $10 from the shipping cost----if pins are lost or damaged,
we do not replace them or refund the purchase price.
AGAIN, PLEASE NOTE: PAYPAL PAYMENTS ONLY REQUIRE INSURANCE TO
INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES; USE A CREDIT CARD OR MONEY ORDER IF YOU DO

- Shipping for framed pin sets charged
separately, unless specific shipping costs noted in description;
however, some sets sent to international locations may have an
additional charge if shipping cost is higher; we will e-mail you in
this case prior to shipping.
