- Payment accepted is: Visa, MasterCard, American
Express & Discover credit cards, personal checks from the United
States only, money orders in US dollars only, Paypal, bank
checks in U.S. funds drawn on U.S. banks, and cash. (NOTE: international customers: if you
want to remove $10 from the insured shipping
cost, you must use a Credit Card apart from the Paypal website (no Paypal-processed payment), then e-mail me requesting insurance
removal--this is at your risk-- if the package is lost and no insurance was purchased, there is no refund.)
- RETURN PAYMENT FEES: As of January 1, 2011, Paypal now charges us a fee to refund a paypal payment. Therefore, customers using Paypal will be accessed a $1.00 processing fee for any refund we have to send you. If we have to send a second paypal invoice, because you have chosen the incorrect shipping for your order, you will be accessed a $1.00 processing fee to cover the second paypal invoice fees. PLEASE scroll down in the payment box at checkout and choose the correct shipping for your country, so that extra fees are avoided.
- Your credit card charge will appear under
The Brockton Group, Inc. If we are sold out of a pin, you
are not charged for it; if you pay by paypal,
the credit is sent back to your paypal account, or a check refund for check payments.
- Payment
by check, money order or cash should be sent within 5 days of placing
the order to arrive in a timely manner. RETURNED CHECK CHARGE IS $10.
- You
can expect your purchase to be shipped within 3-7 days from receipt
of order and/or payment. Delivery within the USA typically takes 3-4 days from date of shipping, and international mail delivery can take 2-4 weeks depending upon time spent in customs; registered airmail takes longer than simple airmail without insurance. - When ready to checkout, you can 1)
"create a new account" (for customers who continually order and don't
want to retype their name, address and credit card each time) where
you initially create a password to use each time you order; OR 2)
"place order
without account" (each time you will type in your pertinent information); no need to create a password.

an incorrect or damaged pin, please e-mail: info@pinlink.com for return
instructions or refund if item is sold out. Due to limited availability of many collectible pins and the general
nature of the pin trading hobby, all sales are final.
- Sales tax of 8.25% is added if you order from the State of Texas.
- Shipping and insurance costs within the
United States: 1-15 pins is $2.95; 16-29 pins is $3.95; 30-54 pins
is $6.95; FASTER PROCESSING TIME WITH PRIORITY
SHIPPING, or 55+ pins is $10.95. Express shipping in USA: e-mail me for cost.
- Shipping to Canada or Mexico has
two options: with or without insurance: 1-10 pins or one 3 pin set
WITHOUT insurance is $5.95; 11-20 pins or one large 5-7 pin set
WITHOUT insurance is $7.95; 1-20 pins WITH insurance is $15.00 and sent via Registered airmail;
21-50 pins or one large 5-7 pin set WITH insurance is $19.00. 51+ pins: e-mail me for shipping options.
- For international addresses other than
Canada or Mexico: 1-20 pins with insurance is $18 and sent via Registered airmail; 21-35
pins with insurance is $22; 36-50 pins with insurance is $26. For over 50
pins: shipping will be invoiced depending on weight and shipping
location.
If you would like to request no insurance
(pins not replaced if package is lost), you can e-mail us at info@pinlink.com to
remove the $10 from the shipping cost----AGAIN, you cannot request "no insurance" if using Paypal, and if your pin shipment is lost using the "without insurance" option,
we do not give a refund. Express shipping is available to some countries; e-mail me for availability and cost.
- ;Some Pin Sets shipped to international locations may have an
additional charge if shipping weight is heavy. I will e-mail you if additional shipping is necessary to your country, prior to shipping. Note the pin set shipping costs in the descriptions.
