Rare, limited edition #30 of 100 individually numbered wood framed and matted Crossed USA & Olympic Flags pin process. This proof set, signed by Aminco President, William Wu, shows the production of the flags pin from start to finish. First top left piece is a chunk of brass that was struck by a die leaving the impression of the flags pin outline. Second piece has had excess metal cut off with cutting tool. Third through seventh pieces colors are added at various stages and enamel process is completed. The eighth and final piece is where the gold plating is plating or final plating on pins that are frosted gold and then pin is polished to a high luster and sealed with a protective coat.
